A Service tag number or serial number or product id is a unique number given by your laptop or pc manufacturer.
A Service tag number or product id or serial number can be seen on the bottom, side, or back of the laptop or PC.
If you don't know the Service tag number or product id or serial number of your laptop/pc, you will not be able to download specific drivers from their official site because before downloading the driver they will ask your laptop/pc service tag number or product id or serial number.

Step 1. You have to open CMD(Command prompt) through Run Dialog box on your laptop/Pc by pressing Windows + R key at the same time and then enter cmd and click on OK button.
If you have Windows 7 Operating System you can simply Click on Start Button and just type cmd and then press Enter key.
Step 2. After opening Command prompt you just have to type wmic bios get serialnumber and then press Enter Key.
