नमस्कार दोस्तों आज के इस पोस्ट में हम आपको ऑनलाइन / ऑफलाइन राशन कार्ड बनाना सिखाएँगे | जैसा की दोस्तों आप सभी जानते ही होंगे की राशन कार्ड कितना ज़रूरी दस्तावेज़ है हर उस भारतीय नागरिक के लिए जो की भारत में रहता है | राशन कार्ड एक ऐसा पहचान पत्र है जो की भारत में ज़्यादातर हर परिवार के पास होता है | इसके द्वारा लोग कम मूल्य में आवश्यक सामान खरीदते हैं जैसे की गेहूँ , चावल, चीनी आदि |
सरकार द्वारा कई तरह के राशन कार्ड बनाए जाते हैं जैसे गरीबी रेखा के नीचे वाला राशन कार्ड जिन्हें BPL(Below Poverty Line) कार्ड भी कहा जाता है और गरीबी रेखा के ऊपर वाला राशन कार्ड जिन्हें APL(Above Poverty Line) भी कहा जाता है | इसके अलावा एक और तरीके का राशन कार्ड होता है जिसे अन्त्योदय राशन कार्ड कहते हैं और यह उन लोगों के लिए होता है जो की गरीबी रेखा से भी नीचे आते हैं | राशन कार्ड द्वारा कोई व्यक्ति राशन तो ख़रीद ही सकता है लेकिन इसके साथ साथ वह राशन कार्ड उस व्यक्ति के लिए एक पहचान पत्र के रूप में भी कार्य करता है |

Steps to make Ration Card Online in India -
दोस्तों यदि आप यह जानना चाहते हैं की आप कैसे ऑनलाइन अपना राशन कार्ड बना सकते है तो यह मुमकिन नहीं है क्योंकि अभी तक भारत सरकार के खाद्य विभाग ने भारतीय नागरिकों को यह सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं कराई है जिससे की वह राशन कार्ड के लिए ऑनलाइन Apply कर सकें | दोस्तों आज हम आपको यह बताना चाहते है की आप राशन कार्ड को कभी ऑनलाइन नहीं बना सकते |

Procedure to Apply For Ration Card in Uttarakhand
Procedure to Apply in Urban Area
1. To get a new Ration Card, fill a form available at no cost at counter of District supply Office. This form is downloadable at this site also : DEPARTMENT OF FOOD & CIVIL SUPPLIES
2. Attach the required documents with the form and submit the form along with attached documents to the Clerk at DSO Office.
3. Clerk will check the form & documents and will give an acknowledgement receipt to you.At the same clerk forwards the application to Supply Inspector (SI) of your area.
4. SI will verify the form & documents as well as visit your home to verify the details.
5. If verification is satisfactory, he will sanction the issue of ration card forwarding the application back to the clerk .
6. Clerk makes a new Ration Card, compute your family units, pastes the photo of the head of the family and enters the the ration card entries in master register.
7. Yours Ration Card is attached with Fair Price Shop (FPS) nearest to your home.
8. On producing your acknowledgement receipt to Clerk, Clerk will deliver the new Ration Card to you.
Procedure to Apply in Rural Area
1. To get a new Ration Card, fill a form available at no cost at Block Development (BDO) Office. This form is downloadable at this site also : DEPARTMENT OF FOOD & CIVIL SUPPLIES
2. Attach the required documents with the form and submit the form along with attached documents to the Gram Panchayat Officer (GPO) at BDO Office.
3. GPO will check the form & documents and will give an acknowledgement receipt to you.At the same clerk forwards the application to Supply Inspector (SI) of your area.
4. GPO will verify the form & documents as well as visit your home to verify the details.
5. If verification is satisfactory, he will sanction the issue of ration card.
6. GPO makes a new Ration Card, compute your family units, pastes the photo of the head of the family and enters the the ration card entries in master register.
7. Yours Ration Card is attached with Fair Price Shop (FPS) nearest to your home.

Certificate of residence address & no. of members by Institutional Head ( For Govt/Semi Govt Personnel)
Certificate of residence address & no. of members by Institutional Head/ Reporting Officer ( For people working in Registered Industrial Institutions)
Certificate for taking education & residential address by Institutional Head. (For students in Urban Area).
