नमस्कार दोस्तों आज के इस पोस्ट में हम आपको यह बताएँगे की कैसे आप अपने SBI Bank में Registered मोबाइल नंबर को Change या Update कर सकते हैं (How to change/update mobile number in SBI account online) | जैसा की आप सभी जानते ही होंगे की जब भी हमे अपने SBI बैंक मे अपना मोबाइल नंबर Change या Update करना होता था तो हमे बैंक जाना ही पड़ता था लेकिन अब SBI बैंक वालों ने हमे ये नया Feature दिया है की हम अब घर बैठे-बैठे अपने बैंक मे अपने Registered मोबाइल नंबर को Change या Update कर सकते हैं | यह बैंक द्वारा दिया गया एक बहुत ही अच्छा Feature है जिससे हमारा समय बर्बाद होने से बच जाता है |

Steps for How to change/update mobile number in SBI account online -

Step 1. सबसे पहले अपने Computer या Laptop मे Onlinesbi मे Login करें और उसके बाद Profile मे Click करें |

 Step 2. अब आपको Personal Details मे Click करना होगा |

 Step 3. अब अपने Profile Password को डालें और Submit Button पर Click करें |

 Step 4. इसके बाद Change Mobile Number-Domestic only (Through OTP/ATM/Contact Center) पर Click करें |

 Step 5. अब अपने नए मोबाइल नंबर को दो बार डालें और फिर Submit Button पर Click करें |

 Step 6. इसके बाद आपको तीन Options दिखेंगे जो की इस प्रकार होंगे -

1- By OTP on both the Mobile Number
2- IRATA Internet Banking Request Approval through ATM
3. Approval through Contact Center 

चलिए First Option से शुरू करते हैं जो की है -

First Method for How to change/update mobile number in SBI account online -

A)  By OTP on both the Mobile Number - इसके लिए आपके पास दोनों मोबाइल Numbers का होना ज़रूरी है |
अब आपको जो करना है वो नीचे Step By Step लिखा है कृप्या उसे Follow करें - 
 
1.) Click the radio button against the option 'By OTP on both the Mobile Number'.
2.) Click on 'Proceed' button.
3.) Select the account by clicking the radio button, for which you possess the debit card.
4.) Click on 'Proceed' button.
5.) In the next screen the ATM cards associated with the selected account will be displayed.
6.) Select the ATM card and click on 'Proceed' button.
7.) In the next screen, State Bank of India's Payment Gateway will be displayed.
8.) Enter the card details (card number, valid thru/Expiry Date, Cardholder's Name, PIN and the characters visible in the box).
9.) Click on 'Submit' button.
10.) Verify the information and Click on 'Pay' button.
11.) On successful validation, INB system will send OTP along with reference number on your old as well as new mobile number.
12.)  You need to send SMS from BOTH (old and new) mobile numbers in following format ACTIVATE <8 digit OTP value> <13 digit reference number> to 567676 within 4 hrs. e.g. ACTIVATE 12345678 UM12051500123
13.) Upon successful validation of the OTP value and reference number, the new mobile number inputted by you will be copied in INB, CBS and ATM. A successful message in this regard will also be displayed to customer on his mobile number.

Second Method for How to change/update mobile number in SBI account online -

B) IRATA Internet Banking Request Approval through ATM - इसमें आपके पास ATM Card का होना ज़रूरी है |

अब आपको जो करना है वो नीचे Step By Step लिखा है कृप्या उसे Follow करें - 

 Step 1 से लेकर Step 5 तक के Steps Same रहेंगे |

Step 1.  अब दूसरे Option को चुने और फिर Proceed Button पर Click करें |

 Step 2. इसके बाद आपको फिर से Proceed Button पर Click करना होगा |

 Step 3. इसके बाद आपको अपने Card की Details दिखेंगी और आपको फिर से Proceed Button पर Click करना होगा |

 Step 4. अब अपने Card की Details डालें और फिर Submit Button पर Click करें |

 Step 5. इसके बाद आपको Pay Button पर Click करना होगा |

 Step 6. अब आपका मोबाइल नंबर Change/Update होने के लिए Approval मे आ जायेगा |
इसके बाद आपको नीचे दिए गए Steps को Follow करना होगा |

Step 7.) A SMS containing "Reference No. for Change/Update mobile number will be sent by INB system on your new mobile number.

 Step 8.) Please visit any State Bank Group ATM, swipe your card, select the 'Services' tab and input your PIN.

 Step 9.) Select 'Others' tab on the ATM screen and choose 'Internet Banking Request Approval' option.

Step 10.) Input the 10-digit reference number for approval of the request.

 Step 11.) On successful completion of the process, the request (change of mobile number) will be fulfilled.

Step 12.) Upon successful validation of the OTP value and reference number, the new mobile number inputted by you will be updated in INB, CBS and ATM. A successful message in this regard will also be displayed to customer on his mobile number.

Third Method for How to change/update mobile number in SBI account online -

C.) Approval through Contact Center - इसमें आपके पास बैंक वालों का Call आएगा और फिर आपको उनको कुछ सवालों के जवाब देने होंगे जिसके बाद आपका Mobile Number Change/Update हो जायेगा |
अब आपको जो करना है वो नीचे Step By Step लिखा है कृप्या उसे Follow करें - 
Step 1.) Click the radio button against the option 'Approval through Contact Centre'.
Step 2.) Click on 'Proceed' button.
Step 3.) Select the account by clicking the radio button, for which you possess the debit card.
Step 4.) Click on 'Proceed' button.
Step 5.) In the next screen the ATM cards associated with the selected account will be displayed.
Step 6.) Select the ATM card and click on 'Proceed' button.
Step 7.) In the next screen, State Bank of India's Payment Gateway will be displayed.
Step 8.) Enter the card details (card number, valid thru/Expiry Date, Cardholder's Name, PIN and the characters visible in the box).
Step 9.) Click on 'Submit' button.
Step 10.) Verify the information and Click on 'Pay' button.
Step 11.) On successful validation, the following message will be displayed to the customer on the screen; "Thanks for registering mobile number with us. The status of your request is pending. Kindly complete the registration process according to the option selected by you. Click here to see the guidelines for process completion."
Step 12.) A SMS containing "Reference No. for Change/Update mobile number will be sent by INB system on the new mobile number.
Step 13.) Bank's Contact Center person will call you within next 3 working days on your new mobile number only.
Step 14.) Kindly ask for the reference number from Contact Center person before sharing your personal details.
Step 15.) Kindly do not share reference number with anybody.
Step 16.) Contact Center will verify your identity over call by asking certain information.
Step 17.) On successful verification of information, the new mobile number inputted by you will be copied in INB, CBS and ATM. A successful message in this regard will also be sent to you on your new mobile number.

View Status & Cancellation of Request:- You can view the status of your request of updation/change of mobile number through INB.

Step 1.) Login to OnlineSBI

 Step 2.) Go to 'Profile' tab.
Step 3.) Click on 'Personal Details' link.
Step 4.) Display Name, Email ID and mobile number registered in INB will be displayed.
Step 5.) Click on the hyper link 'Change Mobile Number-Domestic only (Through OTP/ATM/Contact Centre)'.
Step 6.) A new screen 'Personal Details-Mobile Number Update' with three tabs 'Create Request', 'Cancel Request' and 'Status' will appear.
Step 7.) Click on 'Status' tab to view the present status (Pending/Successful) of your request to change mobile number through INB.
Step 8.) If you want to cancel the request, please click on 'Cancel Request' tab and choose the request.
Step 9.) Click on 'Cancel Request' button to cancel the request.
Step 10.) A message 'Your Reference Number UMxxxxxxxxxx is successfully cancelled' will be displayed on screen.
