अब आगे हम आपको Process बताने वाले है कि यदि आपके CAR Registration Paper कही खो या चोरी हो गए है | तो आपको क्या करना चाहिए | इसलिए इस पोस्ट को आखिरी तक पढ़े |

Procedure for apply a Duplicate Registration paper :-

First Step:-

1. सबसे पहले आपको SI (Sub Inspector) को एक application लिखनी होगी और उस application में आपको अपनी Car Registration से सम्बंधित जानकारी भी देनी होगी |

>> Car Registration Number

>> Car Make & Model

>> Engine Number

>> Chassis Number

>> Car Owner Name with Address

और गुम RC बुक के लिए चालान जारी करने के लिए अनुरोध करना होगा | और साथ ही साथ आपको निम्न दस्तावेज की photocopy लगानी होगी |

> ID Proof, Address Proof,

> Insurance Policy, & Photocopy of RC or Smart Card (if available) .

> Driving License Copy .

इसके लिए कोई शुल्क या शुल्क नहीं देना पड़ता है गुम RC चालान book पुलिस द्वारा जारी किया जाता है |

Second Step :-

> फिर आपको RTO का Form No 26 भरना होगा (2 Copies , यदि आपकी Car Financed है ) | आप Form No 26 का यहा से भी प्रिंटआउट ले सकते है |

Third Step :-

यदि आपकी Car में अभी तक Loan Active है तो आपको Financing Bank से No Objection Certificate लेना होगा | Objection Certificate से आप RTO से Duplicate RC बिना किसी Objection के Issue करा सकते है |

RTO office जाने से पहले आपको यह document चाहिए होते है |

> एक File जिसमे की आपको Documents को Set बना के रख सके .
> एक Envelope जिसमें आपका पता लिखा हो ( वो Envelope Registered Post की Value के Equal हो )
> Form 26 पूरा भरा होना चाहिए .
> Car का Chassis Number .
> RC Missing Intimation Copy from Local Police Station.
> No Objection Certificate from Financing Bank.
> ID Proof , Address Proof of Car Owner with PUC ( Pollution Under Control Certificate) Copy , Insurance Copy.
> 2 to 3 Passport Size Photographs.
> Previous RC Photocopy (if available).
>Affidavit Application ( in some RTOs they also ask for Affidavit on Rs. 20 stamp paper stating that Duplicate RC needs to be issued, as misplaced and is not submitted or seized by Traffic Police or under any crime ).
